We offer a precision machine shop with the ability to conquer even the toughest of challenges. We have added CNC equipment to our already extensive machine shop to be able to offer this for short runs and one off precision components. We can help in the design or prototype stages of a new idea and once the design has been proven, we have the facility to enable this to be taken through to the production stage. Our CNC equipment enables us to take your concept from sketches on toilet paper or a full 3D cad drawing. We have the necessary software to allow us to use this data to create NC code directly. In addition to the above we cover the more general engineering aspects such as keyways, bushes, shafts or similar.

We are also widely known for our overhaul service of industrial valves and are able to offer certification for those who may require it. This service includes flat lapping machines to guarantee seat quality. This has become sort after and in conjunction with our local inspection company Stork Technical Services we are able to offer ISO certified relief valve testing for those that require this.
