We rent out our large holiday home in Richmond, Nelson. We have 5 bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 lounges and 2 bathrooms. There is an HRV, 2 heatpumps, 2 wall heaters and a pellet burner. We have a large fully equipped kitchen to suit a large family or group. Includes a dishwasher and two ovens.
We have two living areas, one upstairs and the other downstairs allowing space and relaxation for all.
Only a five minute walk to Richmond township, the Richmond Mall and popular cafes.

Welcome, this is your home away from home. Our large recently redecorated family home is ideal for two families or a large group visiting the beautiful Nelson region. Whether on holiday or attending a sporting/recreational activity, this is the place for you.

Both stories have heat pumps, a lounge, a bathroom and a TV. Upstairs there is also a pellet fire. As mentioned earlier, the kitchen is perfect for feeding a few with two ovens, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer (another in garage if needed). The home is warm and easy to heat as it has an HRV. It is in a quiet neighbourhood.

It's just a five minute walk to Richmond township and the Richmond Mall. There are several parks and playgrounds within walking distance as well as popular cafes and restaurants.

A five minute drive and you arrive at the Richmond Aquatic Centre and seven minutes and you've reached the Saxton Sports Complex.

Both Nelson and Tahunanui are only 15-20 minutes drive away.

At home for your enjoyment there's Freeview Plus, WIFI, and a selection of toys, books and games. Outside a courtyard with brazier and BBQ to enjoy those sunny Nelson evenings.

Our property is elevated on a split level section, with views out to Rabbit Island and the sea from the top story. Parking is available on the street, or the drive.
