Studio3 is to be able to offer high quality training in the 3 disciplines of Pilates, Barre & Yoga in a boutique style environment that focuses on each client’s individual success.

The 3 principles are complimentary to each other working to complete your fitness and wellbeing.

Pilates- is the foundation from which all fitness is built as it addresses the postural and core muscles that support your spine. I view it as the integral building block!
Barre adds the challenge of a cardiovascular component fusing Pilates with Ballet technique to tone and chisel the body creating long lean muscle and encouraging a dancers posture and physique.

The Xtend Barre Workout is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance,
Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast!
By using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, the Xtend system sculpts
the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout
serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out.
The end result is a long and lean physique… without added bulk.

Yoga- Invigorating, creative Vinyasa Yoga to increases flexibility and strength, detoxifiy and reduce stress creating ultimate balance of mind and body.
