As one of 17 Regional Sports Trusts (RST) nationally servicing our geographical area of Rangitikei, Ruapehu and Whanganui. Sport Whanganui are funded through regional contracts (Sport New Zealand) as well as securing sponsorship and funding applications. Sport Whanganui vision to be the regional leaders in sport by developing , building and promoting regional sport.
