Homeopathy essentially is about ‘pattern-matching’. The focus is on treating the person holistically (whole person). It is an individualised treatment and case taking is done to find the unique symptoms of the illnesses a person has and the general traits of their temperament, sleep patterns, reactions to temperature, food likes, dislikes & intolerances etc. This total picture is then matched with the most similar remedy.

Homeopathy is the most widely practiced alternative in the world; Western and Eastern Europe have long traditions of homeopathy as well as India, South America and Africa.

Rebecca Stirrup has been a registered classical homeopath since 1994. Rebecca has has a wide range of experience treating all age groups. Rebecca has also taught Homeopathy in Malawi, Tanzania and Kenya. She has worked there as a volunteer homeopathy several times working with people with malaria, Aids and other health issues.

Janine Gawn first experienced the benefits of Homeopathy in the early 1990’s both in her hometown of Cape Town and later in London, before qualifying in 2002. Janine has worked with a wide range of complaints that include; menopause, depression and childhood illnesses. As a mother of young children, Janine has personally seen the positive effects of homeopathy.

Annette studied homeopathy in the early 80’s at the London College of Homeopathy. She then collectively established a 'no-appointment-needed acute’s clinic' where locals could drop-in 3 evenings a week to have their colds, coughs, shingles, earaches, sore throats and other problems considered by a qualified homeopath. Though her practice has always been a general-style one, her love has been helping kids with behaviour disorders and setting them on the right road for life.
