I provide a professional massage therapy programme based on scientific evidence and current best practice. An environment that is confidential and client orientated is of upmost importance.

I enjoy assisting people to improve their quality of life by alleviating tension and pain, sports maintenance to improve performance and injury prevention.

I currently work with both amateur and professional athletes including NZ Breakers, NRU M10 (Lead therapist) and part of the medical team for WTA tennis ASB classic. I also volunteer with the Wellsford Rugby Club.

I have 2 clinics, in Warkworth at Kowhai Physiotherapy, 10 Percy Street and Wellsford, 163 Rodney Street.
