We currently offer the following payment methods: Bank Deposit, Pay Now, or otherwise Cash only (in case of pick up). Presently we do not offer a Credit Card, Cheque or EFTPOS option.

Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Store Policies

CUSTOMER SERVICE

All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. We try and respond to emails as soon as possible however due to the huge volume of emails our reply may not be immediate. We endeavour to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.


EXPRESS DELIVERY

All items are sent by express courier & are fully track-able. Orders received & paid in full before 2pm are generally despatched the same day.
We use a signature courier so if you are not at the address a card will be left and you will need to call the couriers to arrange for a suitable time for delivery.
North Island deliveries are generally received in 1-2 business days (add 1-2 business days for rural locations).
South Island deliveries are general received in 2-3 business days (add 1-2 business days for rural locations).
We are purely an online only store & therefore do not allow pickups from our warehouse due to safety.
We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as we require a signature on delivery for your protection, so please supply a physical street address for delivery.


PAYMENT
At this time we only accept payments via Pay Now or bank transfer . Payment must be made within 48 hours after you "Buy Now".
We are New Zealand GST registered & upon your request we can provide a GST receipt with your purchase.

RETURNS

We appreciate buying online is tricky because you can't try stuff on. That's why we offer a full 30 day exchange or refund policy (full price items only) – So you can buy with complete confidence! All we ask is you return it to us, unused in its original condition, with tags still attached.

WARRANTIES

1. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then shop and save Ltd automatically provides a 30day Return to Base Warranty.

2. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 72hrs of receiving the item. Shop and Save Ltd reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.

3. Contact must be made directly with Shop and Save Ltd for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.

4. Shop and Save Ltd will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected', Please choose your purchase carefully.

5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.

6. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to shop and save Ltd. In return Shop and Save Ltd is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.

7. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

8. Shop and Save Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions

9. Warranty does not cover:
1. Bonus accessory items such as batteries and storage bags & cases.
2. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
3. Neglect and careless storage.
4. Unauthorised repairs.
