When I was 45, I was unfit, unhealthy and overweight.

I looked around and realised I was heading down the same path as everyone around me. What was worse, I realised that if I didn’t do something about it, in 10 years time I’d be even less fit, more unhealthy and fatter.

Alternatively, you can just do ProCoach for $129 per month, and get men's personal training for $45 per session.
