My passion for exercise comes from a background of suffering from mental illness. I have learned to use exercise as a tool to help battle my anxiety and depression and I am now helping others to achieve the same. From my struggles, I have made it my driving force in life to show others that they can overcome any obstacles and adversity they face.

Before becoming a Les Mills Hamilton Personal Trainer I have worked at Les Mills for the past five years in several different roles and during this time I have witnessed what it takes to achieve success, Resilience - Motivation - Support - Commitment, all of which I can help you to achieve.

My promise to you is I will always aim to motivate, inspire and educate you during your health and fitness journey while keeping you accountable, pushing you to succeed and ensuring you achieve your goals.

I'm also here to provide you with the support, skills and tools to maximise your health, and achieve a full quality of life through a holistic approach encompassing your physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing/Hauora
