Located a mere 30 kilometers from Christchurch International Airport and a comfortable 90 minute drive to the access road for Mt Hutt Ski field, we can be found in a very quiet country setting where we provide food and accommodation within our recently completed guest units on our small deer farm in Swannanoa, North Canterbury, New Zealand.

Your requirements may be as simple as Bed & Breakfast for one night. Or you might like to stay with us for a few nights where you would share home cooked meals with our family and often with our friends too. You might like to enjoy a drink in our bar or simply unwind in front of the open fire in the library. You might choose to take a wander around our extensive garden or take a tour through our deer paddocks and feed our pet deer Katie.
