We are a local Nelson/Tasman building company run by Registered Master Builder and Licensed Building Practitioner Trevor Salter who has 20 years experience in the building industry, 15 of these years being in the Nelson/Tasman region.

We are committed to providing quality, high-end architectural construction across the region. We specialise in providing building and project management services for architecturally designed new home builds and we particularly specialise in complex architectural hillside builds. We also provide building and project management services for your architecturally designed renovation, extension or alteration to your existing home.

Our Motto is "Excellence is our Only Standard" and our reputation and client satisfaction are testament to our commitment to delivering a high quality ALL the time. When you hire our company we can guarantee that Trevor will be actively on the tools a significant portion of the time, working on site directly and in a supervisory role. This is important as due to the competitive nature of the building industry, this leads to many homes being built by inexperienced and un-supervised labour to cut costs. The principal contractor/Builder is often not on site regularly enough to maintain and exact a high standard of quality from apprentices and labourers. This is our point of difference when compared with many other companies, and how we can guarantee quality every time.
