ABOUT:
Rugasoc is a sports club for boys and girls. Alternating soccer and rugby each week, we offer skill-based coaching for preschoolers and primary schoolers. And just $10 a session!

Providing a fun and challenging developmental experience for young people in a safe environment, Rugasoc is run by Micky Kefu - a qualified coach in both sports and police vet checked for schools. Kids gain ball skills, coordination, confidence and friendships - a great grounding for a future in their chosen sport.

Cox's Bay Reserve, Westmere
Preschoolers (3-5 yrs) Mon 1.30-2.30pm
Primary (5-10 yrs) Mon 3.30-4.30pm

Waitemata Rugby Club at Swanson or Action Sports Central Park Drive Henderson:
Tues 3.30-4.30pm

RUGASOC PHILOSOPHY:
The underlying Rugasoc philosophy is all about ‘giving it a go,’ helping families to stay active and equipping children with the skill set to continue life with confidence. Our point of difference is our specialised skill-based coaching for rugby and soccer in a structured, yet non-competitive, environment.

A recent NZ study has shown that childhood exercise fights long-term obesity. With a third of Kiwi kids now being obese or overweight now’s the time to get stuck in.
