Who is this man?

Revel Events Director Hitesh Sharma lives and breathes events. He organised large scale events in India, before choosing to study events management at Ara (formerly CPIT) in Christchurch.
He hasn’t looked back. Hitesh worked with the Christchurch City Council on some of the biggest events in town such as Classical Sparks, Guy Fawkes fireworks display and Ellerslie Flower Show, and now he has also run 10 Ara graduation ceremonies and over 30 Open Days.
Hitesh is well known in Christchurch for his event management standards and for being super pleasant to work with.

About Us
Where it started

The first Revel-run events were large, colourful community events that were open to everyone and designed to bring some much needed light-hearted fun to Christchurch.
Thanks to Revel Events, people gathered to watch performances and celebrate new beginnings at Diwali, Indian Festival of Lights. They threw coloured powder over each other at Holi, dancing to music at the Commons.
These events have continued to grow year on year, attracting crowds, performers, business support and special guests such as Christchurch Mayor Lianne Dalziel. Revel Events continues to run Holi.
