Hi my name is Rebecca Harrison (Bec). My husband Andrew and I are the proud owners of Restore Bone Broth. We cook all our delicious Bone Broth from a purpose built kitchen located on our small rural property in Te Puna, Tauranga. We use the best selection of organic bones we can find (from Bostock Chickens and Meats). We roast all our bones before we simmer them, this gives our broth a fantastic flavour. We then add organic Himalayan salt, filtered water, NZ organic apple cider vinegar and organic peppercorns. We simmer each batch for more than 24 hours making sure we draw out all the goodness from our nutrient and mineral dense ingredients.

While our broths are simmering away we meticulously check temperatures and skim our broth leaving you with a clean great tasting bone broth. We leave just enough high quality animal fat on top so that you can enjoy that too! It adds a beautiful texture to your broth if you are drinking it and is great for cooking. We love that animal fat isn't the 'bad guy' anymore!

We think we have the best tasting bone broth on the market in NZ. It's so easy to drink by itself (and SO moreish!). You can also use it in all your favourite dishes as you would use stock or where you would use water.

We freeze our product which means it is as fresh as it can be, it is preservative free and none of the valuable nutrients are destroyed through pasteurization or other heat-related packaging methods.

It will last in your freezer for up to 6 months! once thawed in the fridge you have 7 days to consume it. It will be gone in 4 if you drink a mugful a day (which is easy to do!)

You will be amazed with how much you body craves bone broth once you start drinking it on a regular basis. Its a handful of supplements in a mug and so warming for your soul.

Give it a try...you will love it!

Made with loads of time, patience and love.
