I fell in love with Yoga while traveling the world in the late 90s and have been teaching Yoga for over 10 years.

I trained in India in the classical style of Sivananda. My classes are a mix of deep stretching, flowing movement and fun, integrating core and strength work with basic poses and a real passion for inverted postures.
I have a home based studio by the beach in beautiful Mount Maunganui offering regular classes and private one on one sessions and groups.
I recently graduated in Rebirthing/breathwork and offer breath work sessions.
