We are a small family owned and operated business. Vanessa (the daughter) will be onsite during the week, Dianne and Peter (the parents) are here for you during the weekend.

We have been in motels for over 35 years and we built QMA 10 years ago using what we had figured out did, and didn't, work in a motel room.
Our 18 studio rooms are best suited to corporates, singles and couples. We are an adults only property. Babies, toddlers and children under 16 can not be accommodated. All children over 16 are to be booked as an extra adult.

We love our town and it's surrounds so please do come and see us for advice on what to see and do. Vanessa is a complete foodie and can help you find everything from $15 steaks to $100 wagyu steaks! Be it a cheap and easy dinner to a fine dining place to propose to your loved one Vanessa is the person to see for dining recommendations.

We are NOT a party property, we feel that all guests have the right to expect a decent nights sleep when staying in a motel, hence we have recently changed our no noise policy from 10pm to no noise no visitors between 7pm and 8am, this is so those who have early starts are not being kept awake and that the guests who want to sleep in are not being woken up by the early risers. Any complaints of noise between these hours will result in evictions.

All bookings are prepaid with no changes, no cancellations and no refunds. We strongly suggest ALL guests have travel insurance. Domestic insurance can be as little as $15 for a weeks travel.
