Details

* * * What to wear/bring * * *

* Wear a t-shirt and shorts. Pole dance needs skin contact in order to grip the pole, so as you progress you'll find that more contact is needed (which is why pole costumes are sometimes a crop top and small shorts - we need skin exposed to stay on the pole).
* Water bottle.
* Optional: small towel.
