I am a counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling from The University of Auckland and soon to achieve full membership of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.

I work with adolescents, men and women, heterosexual, gay and lesbian individuals, and couples, across relationship, identity, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, addiction and substance abuse, commitment and acceptance issues.

I have developed a practice that draws on experience and expertise in a variety of settings. I draw on a number of modalities including client centred, narrative, psychodynamic, creative therapies and CBT options like ACT Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing.

I am constantly learning, attending workshops and developing my professional practice, the outcomes and key messages I will share on this page.
