NZ Pound4pound Postal Competition 3.15

2016 NZ Pound4Pound Presented to you by CrossFit Taurus.

Workouts will be released at 1200hrs each Tuesday and the last chance to submit scores is by 1700hrs Saturday. WODs will be released weekly for three weeks, starting the weekend of 6th September. Scores MUST be submitted to www.nzpound4pound.com, submission page. Please ensure all submissions meet the submission rules and requirements.

Top 20 athletes from the open grades and top 10 from the weighted grades will be invited to compete at a finals competition held at CrossFit Taurus, in Hamilton on the 22nd of October. Prizes are for the top three male and top three female athletes in the Open Grades and the overall winner of the weighted grades.
