Kia ora koutou, my name is Sarah Parker and I am a trained Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Yoga Therapist & Teacher 500+ (Yoga Bliss), advanced PSYCH-K facilitator & Hemaview Live Blood Analysis practitioner.
My focus; creating happier healthier people.
I work a little differently to many naturopaths. When first making your booking you will be sent a welcome pack which includes some questionaires to be completed and bought with you to your first appointment. At this first appointment half of our time together will be spent talking about you, your body & wellness goals, we will then move on to the "testing" part of your appointment which includes looking at your blood through live blood analysis. You will then leave me to spend a further 30-60 mins analyzing the test results & specifically researching the best treatment plan for you. Upon returning for a 30 min "Report of Findings" appointment you will be presented with your own folder and we will thoroughly go over your results & proposed treatment plan.

30 min acute appointments are also offered, for a quick discussion and prescription given.

Further testing is available & may on occasion be recommended including:
-HTMA -indicating any heavy metal toxicity & mineral status within the body
-Hair Allergy Testing - looking for food & environmental intolerance & sensitivities
-Adrenal Stress Profile - to assess adrenal fatigue
-Hormone profiling - to assess hormone levels
-Comprehensive Stool Analysis
-Blood lab testing, though often I refer you back to GP for this as it is usually cheaper.

- Natural fertility, incl preconception care program for couples

- Adrenal Health - are you stresses, wired or exhausted?
- Weight Management
- Combating depression & anxiety
- Achieving Happy Hormones
And will happily welcome any ailment that walks through my door :-)
