Tessa specialises as a social change consultant, providing professional supervision for people working with people, research in action, project coordination and community engagement.

She specialises in strengths based, solution focussed, collaborative, people centred work across sectors and has over 12 years experience as a Strengthening Families Coordinator in Waihi and Tauranga Moana, facilitating multi-agency Family and Community-centred collaborations. Tessa is a networker within the social sector, and also administrates several community-building social media sites that support her passion around people living their truths in balance with the environment.

Qualified in professional supervision, social policy, complementary health (Homeopathy and Body-work), to bring holistic approaches and an understanding of the instrinsic values within people and their environment.

Utilising creative paths to social change, including music and the arts, environmental and community re-generative approaches.
