Murupara Motor Camp 3.54

The Murupara Motor Camp features cabins, both premium and standard, for backpackers to Nanna and Pop. We offer powered campervan sites and plenty of tent sites. We are a family friendly camp ground, with plenty to see and do locally. You can go kayaking, fishing, white water rafting, mountain biking, trekking in the fabulous Te Urewera mountains and Whirinaki forest, swimming in the big council pool next door or in the Rangitaiki river that is just a minute walk away. We are pet friendly too, and will allow animals as long as they are kept on a leash. We have some of the finest trout fishing in the world and can provide fishing guides (and tuition!) if required. Just minutes away from the town centre and the best country food you'll ever taste in the local pub and RSA. If you are on the way to Lake Waikaremoana, we are the best place to stop before the final leg of your journey.
