Mike joined the team at Surreal Hairdressing 3 years ago after 22 years working at Ginger Meggs where he was a member of the team that won South Island Salon of the Year and was a National Finalist for Salon of the Year in the Schwarzkopf Hairdresser of the Year Awards.

In that time he has acquired extensive experience in taming even the most difficult of hair. He specialises in cutting and styling while overseeing the consultation with the fantastic colour team at Surreal to give his clients the best in colour and style tailored to each individual. Mike looks forward to welcoming all clients, old and new, to Surreal and helping them take control of their hair. Mike guarantees satisfaction!

He is passionate about helping his clients have "just left the salon" hair every day, by tailoring styles to suit their hair type and helping inform clients of the products, techniques and tools required to maintain them.
