CANCELLATIONS

Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment as we often have a waiting list to accommodate others. For some services, a 30% late cancellation fee may apply. Call us or change your appointment online

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa. We also offer payment options as sometimes treatment requires a series of appointments and services. This is to ensure all our clients can receive their full course of treatments required to reach your goal.

HARDSHIP

At Medacare we understand that treatment is not always affordable but under special circumstances we offer a reduced free for hardship and for those that qualify for a community services card so that treatment is within reach of everyone so everybody has the chance to be healthy and confident. We want to help everyone who needs treatment.
