Me3 represents balancing three holistic health components - Mind, Body, Soul – to create the best environment within yourself to achieve your goals in health and wellness.

It represents taking time now to focus on ‘me, me, me’ – Me3.

You may feel uncomfortable with that idea. You may consider it ‘selfish’ to focus on you and rate your needs above those who need you - parents, children, partner, co-workers, friends. But being self-interested and self-aware of your own health & wellness not only means you will be better poised to achieve what you want to achieve, it also means you’ll have the mental and physical energy to better help those around you. When you are the best ‘you’ you can be, you can support, inspire and motivate others to do the same.
