For over 20 years the same core team here at Manor Build, have been devoted to matching New Zealanders with their dream home. Originally your traditional Kiwi builder, the directors had a vision, of providing affordable, yet luxurious, compact homes. By developing unique building methods, and using highly innovative engineered products, as well as pioneering a new simplified sales/design process, Manor Build has achieved this vision, and continues to refine and improve its offerings.

Many of the common decisions have been reduced to only one or two popular options. Contrary to popular belief, we found over our years of building that most clients went for the same few choices – nearly every time! Offering an infinite level of customization, proved to not only be a waste of time, but penalised those clients that would have been happy with the standard spec, because of the cost and complexity the increased options added to the basic pricing. Keeping it simple, means everyone wins, and takes away a lot of the ‘heartache or choosing’. We offer complimentary building consent support – confused by the council? – we can deal with them for you, and can often have a consent through the councils in our operational bases of Auckland & New Plymouth in just a couple of weeks from lodgement!! Furthermore, from the salesman to the draughtsman and the purchasing officer, all of our key staff are qualified tradesmen – we know the answers, and are happy to do what it takes to get your project underway smoothly.
