Lakes Hypnobirthing facilitates the antenatal educational course HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method.
HypnoBirthing® is a complete antenatal, labour and neonatal course. The methods include specialised breathing techniques, relaxation scripts, visualisation, and education. The course is empowering for the birthing mother, however, the bond between the couple is added to and reinforced during the classes. Mum and partner bring the baby into the world together, each having a role to play during the labour and birth journey. They are "team baby".
