Kick start fitness is main for my circle class that a run on a sunday out at the massey track but at the moment im looking at doing it another location just so i dont have to depend on the weather. The circuit classes are just basic general fitness and using a bit of free weight, elastic resistance and also body weight resistance, all done in an hour. In that hour clients will be warmed up & cooled down and also taken through a basic full body workout. The level of intensity will slowly increase each week. I have also trained a football teams during the winter e.g. Hokowhitu united football club. At the moment i am restricted on equipment. Will bring what i have to circuits :)
