Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that all the systems of the body are mapped out in reflex points on the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is a well established holistic therapy which treats the mind and body as a whole to achieve a state of general well-being. An increasing number of people are using this safe, natural therapy as a way of relaxing and harmonising the body.

I have completed two diplomas each in Reflexology and 'Anatomy and Physiology' and am a member of Reflexology New Zealand. All RNZ practitioners have satisfied important criteria in relation to professional knowledge, training and continued education, and are bound by the code of ethics and code of practice set down by Reflexology New Zealand.

Appointments can be made at my home based Reflexology Studio or in the comfort of your own home/work or other venue.
