We can help sort many ailments you may have, including headaches, digestive problems, insomnia and stress. It works by stimulating and applying pressure to different points in your feet or hand in order to stimulate energy flow through the body and promote self healing.

Reflexologists believe that the body is divided into ten vertical zones or channels, five on the left and five on the right. Each zone runs from the head down, on these reflex points on the hands and feet. By applying pressure to these reflex points you can stimulate the energy flow through the corresponding body part and release any energy blockages.

We bring about deep relaxation, helping the body return to its natural state.
