“Jane and Mike first came to see us last summer, when we asked for a free appraisal. They came and viewed our home, and a week later, came back to visit us with a beautifully presented appraisal, and went through this with us. We found them to be genuine, friendly and professional. At that stage, we did not put our house on the market, as we were not ready to sell. Jane and Mike accepted this and did not put us under any pressure, and left it with us, to contact them at any future time. So, it was six months later when we did get back to them, and listed our house. Jane and Mike discussed with us all the various forms of advertising and options open to us.
