Gordon Toi, aka @gtoinative, has over 30 years experience in Maori art and is trained as a traditional wood carver. He now spends most of his time developing his passion for Ta Moko (traditional Maori tattooing) as well as mentoring other artists and directing the House of Natives Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Hirini Katene, aka Heeds, is a Ta moko artist that has now amassed a huge following of clients from all around the world. His work is very sought after in New Zealand, Australia and Europe.

Natasha van Dijk takes care of international bookings for Ta Moko (Amsterdam). Natasha has been working with Gordon for over 10 years, building a strong client base which continues to grow each year.

Patricia Steur is a fabulous photographer situated in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Patricia and Gordon have worked alongside each other for 17 years, creating two books about Ta Moko as a result (Dedicated by Blood and The Thin Blue Line). Patricia and Gordon have also had a number of successful exhibitions in the Netherlands and Europe.
