Nelson is one of New Zealand’s most historical townships, the area of Stoke is known not only for its legendary brew but also for it’s colonial heritage.
Stoke Primary school was founded in 1845 and is New Zealand’s second oldest public school. Holland House itself it estimated to have been built in 1850 but could be older; it is one of the oldest homes in New Zealand and is certainly the most charming!

But if history isn’t so much your thing you will love the peace and quiet afforded by our beautiful home. Whether you wish to go out and explore, or relax and read a book in the garden – the choice is yours.
