I found an interest in the holistic world some years ago whilst living in the UK which is where I am from.
Whilst bringing my children up I found giving these treatments to the children helped them with sleep and just gave them a general feeling of calm.
I have studied Aromatherapy Massage , Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Healing .
Aromatherapy,using essential oils used with massage can help lift spirits increase energy levels and reduce stress, creating a very relaxing treatment. Overall promoting a feeling of well being for mind and body, Aromatherapy is very beneficial for Headaches,Insomnia,Poor circulation , Muscular aches & pains Anxiety.
Indian Head Massage is applied to the upper part of the body, and gives a relaxed yet revitalized feeling, also creating a feeling of balance and calm for body and mind.Indian head massage can be very beneficial for improved circulation Improves posture , promotes healthy hair growth, relieves mental fatigue, reduces stress & anxiety this massage is seated and fully clothed.
Healing is such a natural treatment which can re-enforce the bodys own natural ability to heal itself, it is a deeply calming experience working on the physical,emotional,mental & spiritual. I incorporate healing into all of my treatments.
Reflexology is a treatment carried out on the feet using a thumb and finger walking technique. There are reflex points on the feet which correspond to every organ,gland and system of the body which can relieve many physical and emotional problems such as sinus, IBS, Asthma, Depression Migrane and many more ailments. I find having your feet worked on for a full hour also gives you a deep sense of calm and gives your feet some care as we tend to forget our feet alot of the time considering we are on them most of the day.
I can change my treatments to suit individual needs. Overall all of these treatments will give you a sense of calm and well being .
