Whatever your goal, current fitness level or age come and join the awesome team of ladies in a fun, supportive environment.
Training blocks run every 4-weeks, with one week break between each other.
Sessions are HIIT based and run every Tuesday & Thursday at 630-715pm at Les Mills Hutt City - you do not have to be a member to join in the action!
You will gain full access to the private page if you are a part of the block, which includes support outside of the training, nutritional advice and a friendly environment made up of women with similar goals.
