I am a very active person full of energy and come from a small town in the South Island. Health and fitness is a big part of my life that I cannot live without. Exercise, learning about the human body, helping and motivating other people is something I am very passionate about. I have recently returned back to New Zealand from spending the past 10 years travelling and living overseas which has been the most amazing adventure. My passion for health and fitness has led me to the decision to complete a Certificate in Advanced Personal Training at http://www.fitcollege.co.nz/ . In completing this course I hope to have gained the knowledge and confidence to continue and thrive in a career in the fitness industry.
