Hi mamas, I am glad you have found this page and decided to join myself and other mothers as we together get moving, fit and feeling great.

Since having my first child 10 months ago I have been challenged with time, priorities and the every hour demands of motherhood. My son is my world and I can't get enough of his love each and everyday. I have since decided to combine my two passions with my love for my son and my love for fitness. Inspiring mothers to do the same has since been my journey.
