I am a Personal Trainer and Groupfitness Instructor at Les Mills - Hamilton. I am passionate and dedicated to helping people become happier, healthier and confident in who they are. I strive to be different and provide unique experiences during workout sessions and classes. I love to laugh and enjoy life and I want to share that passion with others.
