Hi guys my names Eden and I am a student at fit college I have a daughter who is two years old named Kiani , for me it all started from the home gym. (Home workouts) I knew from then I wanted to be involved in the fitness industry. At the moment I'm studying to be a qualified personal trainer with hopes of owning my own gym in the future making it an affordable price.

Fit is the way and I plan on spreading the news. In saying that I hope to share my journey of my results with you so you too can be apart of it.
