Eastside Playcentre is a bright, well resourced and friendly centre.

We have a large outdoor area with an exciting adventure playground, sand pit, swings and a carpentry area. We also provide lots of fun, messy activities such as paint, finger paint, clay and water play.

Inside we also have lots to do. We have collage, puzzles, books, blocks, play dough and lots of other fun toys and activities.

All children enrolled in our centre receive a portfolio fill of photos, artwork and stories about their days at Playcentre. These are a wonderful record of your child's early years and make a precious keepsake to be enjoyed by all the family for years to come.

We plan our sessions using Te Whaariki the Early Childhood Curriculum. We also observe the children so we can make sure we are catering for their interests and needs, as children learn best when they enjoy what they are doing.
