Craft Distilling Workshops 2.32

Craft Distilling Workshops offers instruction in distilling. A typical workshop will include all the important steps in creating quality drinkable spirits. Workshops are small, with no more than five people per session, suited to all people with different ranges of experience.

You will be able to experience doing a mash, become familiar with different grains and their qualities. A distillation will take place, involving familiarization in the separation of the different alcohols into heads, hearts and tails. Different variables of quality will be discussed in depth.

Workshop dates need to be set two weeks in advance, if you are wanting to come in as a group and are interested in making particular type of spirit I will try my best to arrange it. Options include Rum, peated whisky, bourbon style, Shochu, Gin and vodkas. Please note these are made from the traditional raw materials themselves, with no chemical additives.
