Our menu and our pizzas have been designed by award winning restaurateur and Michelin Star chef Adam Newell to maximise the flavour experience.
All our pizzas are made with a sourdough base using fresh yeast for a natural flavour. Wherever possible we use locally sourced and organic ingredients. We use Wairarapa Kingfish, Kingsmeade Cheeses, Orui Pacific Gold Olive Oil, as well as locally grown lemons, garlic, basil, and roma tomatoes. We couldn’t find anyone growing pineapples locally!
To give our pizzas a unique flavour we use a combination of local macrocarpa and manuka wood in our very own-designed wood ovens.
