--Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy--
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-manipulative therapy that works with the body's own ability to restore health. Proven effective for a raft of health complants from headaches and migraines through to musculo-skeletal issues, tension and stress.

--Bodywork--
Massage but not as you know it. Bodywork blends ancient massage techniques, deep tissue and fascia release, joint mobilisation and energy balancing into an amazing treatment that will leave you feeling like a new person.

--Stretching and Movement Classes--
Incorporating many different styles of movement and stretching including yoga and chi kung, our classes cater to even the most rigid body, using gentle movement to bring space and energy back into the body.
