Clearcut Building & Dairy 2.54

Clearcut Building & Dairy are based at 423 Thames Highway in Oamaru and offer a wide variety of building services – from building new dairy sheds through to residential dwellings. They work on projects throughout the greater North Otago/Waitaki Lakes – and now the East Otago/Maniatoto Region as well.
They have recently commenced construction on the first new relocatable dwellings at their yard on Thames Highway. A turnkey package these homes are complete with carpet and drapes and then transported to site ready to move into. These houses are already proving popular with customers wanting an affordable quality home package which is suitable for a rural or urban setting. They have 3 and 4 bedroom home options. The first homes will be ready near the end of July and they will be hosting an open home even where new and potential customers are able to view the completed homes.
Due to the phenomenal interest they are now taking bookings for relocatable or onsite builds commencing in January 2015. In addition to this they are also opening their books for new dairy shed and rural builds for 2015 now.
