A delightful, recently renovated cottage just 3 minutes walk to the many cafes, restaurants, antique stores and retail stores. Three queen bedrooms with high quality Egyptian cotton linen, feather down duvets and electric blankets will make your sleep nice and cosy. A large open plan lounge kitchen leads onto a lovely deck which is an ideal place for that afternoon tipple. A fully stocked kitchen gives you the option of either dining in or you can eat out.

Clarendon Cottage has a warm cosy wood burner with plenty of firewood available or you can use the heat pump. Free Wi-Fi, TV, books and magazines will help you to relax. There is plenty to do biking, walking, wine tasting, fly fishing, golfing and more. Full tea and coffee making facilities are available along with some fresh fruit and bread. If you want us to provide other breakfast ingredients, don't hesitate to ask us.

Greytown was the first inland planned town in NZ and is a great example of Victorian architecture. Delightful buildings and country landscapes only 1 hour from Wellington.

Special conditions: There are 3 Queen Bedrooms available. Base rental for the 1st bedroom is $275 Incl GST - for each additional bedroom used, there is a further $100 in GST charge per room. Sorry the house is not suitable for children or pets. No smoking is allowed.
