At the core of Amber's practice is the knowledge that caring deeply for our physical selves' is vital for a healthy and full life. By giving our bodies attention and advocacy our lives are imbued with more balance and ease.

Amber's bodywork* is deep, intuitive and powerful. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each treatment. Amber has been involved in bodywork since 1990 and has studied with a wide range of skilled practitioners both in New Zealand and abroad. These experiences, along with her own physical practices in yoga and movement meditation, create an intersection from which her therapeutic practice springs.

Drawing on her empathy for places of holding and contraction Amber's focus is on deep release therapy. Her style is slow and thorough while working to release fascial adhesion and fatigued soft and connective tissues. She holds space for the emotional and energetic release that can coincide with receiving such bodywork and her intention is that you will leave with a deepening sense of freedom through your body.
