With a Master degree in Chocolate and french Pâtisserie, I left my country to expand my knowledge around the world. I fell in love with New Zealand and decided to call it Home. I always had the desire to share my passion for chocolate with people by creating my own chocolates with my unique recipes. That’s how Chocoyo is born 17 years later in Nelson . I’m offering 6 differents flavours , which you can have in boxes or individuals, as well as hazelnut spread. The ingredients fresh and locals, combined with Fair trade chocolate will create an explosion of flavours in your mouth by playing with your senses.
