I started my journey of Hypnosis for myself, because almost every time I went out for my sport I was paralysed with Fear, Anxiety & Self Sabotage. I was beating myself, what was going on. I researched & find Hypnosis, how can I do it, how can I learn?.Well I have & I'm still learning. It truly works!! I specialised in sports hypnosis for myself. I made 2 NZ teams. Went to the Oceania Games & came home with a Bronze & a 5th. It works, that's the proof, it worked for me. I specialised in Immune disorders as I was having my own issues. Gone. Pain Management again greatly reduced without drugs. Sport people have to be drug free. Hypnosis is. I have a passion for kids with ADD/ADHD It's amazing to be able to help someone even adults with such disbelief in themselves. I couldn't of pick a most rewarding path to follow. I love helping anyone wanting something different that can not hurt them in any way & can help in more way than imaginable. This gives your life back, you are in charge, not your defeating mind, not that pain holding you back. Don't except second best, be your best a whatever you choose cause you can.
