CALM Management Ltd services are to assess, inspect possible EQ damage, (LBP) advise if claimants of floor level readings, recommend if property requires further review, under the EQC Cap or if the estimator believes the claim property is over the EQC Cap. CML provides EQ Advocacy support to claimants worn down by the EQC process or who require support when addressing their EQ claim concerns with EQC teams assigned the claim.
Book an appointment for an initial assessment if you still have EQ concerns, believe your EQ repairs have failed, believe your floors are not level or if you believe EQC have not adequately addressed you claim this far.

CLAIMS
Providing Technical Advice or EQ Support on behalf of Canterbury Property Owners, currently still in limbo with EQC.

ASSESSMENT
EQ site inspection to determine if claimant’s EQ damage had been assessed, repaired as per their full insurance entitlement, provide a summary of EQ damage and recommendations. Full SOW Estimate Reports produced by experienced (LBP) & Technical Support at all EQC site inspections.

LEGIT UPFRONT TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION & DRIVE YOU CAN DEPEND ON.
Producing legitimate fully costed SOW Estimate Reports produced by (LBP) & EQ Advocate Support & Representation, on claimant’s behalf with all matters pertaining to their EQ claim concerns, Claimants can choose to nominate EQ Advocate to be their main point of contact if they do not wish for EQC to directly contact them by referring them to back to their EQ Advocate. All communications with EQC representatives will be shared directly with claimants. CML are at all times lead by EQ claimants, to represent, request claim updates on their behalf.
MANAGEMENT
Managing property owners claim/s still in limbo with EQC, engaging directly with EQC on claimant’s behalf with a commitment to pursue EQC claim/s in order to successfully deliver property owners towards an end with EQC and EQ damaged homes. If CML believe your claim has been assessed incorrectly they will follow up with a fully costed estimate, to ensure all claimants are supported in receiving an honest fairer cash settlement from EQC, if CML believe their claim is still under EQ Cap. If CML believe your claim will exceed the EQC Cap, they will actively support moving your claim towards private insurers experienced trade qualified specialist for more in-depth EQ inspections.
