Bushin Ryu Bujutsu-kai 2.86

We are a self defence school not a sports based school. We have a traditional base with a focus on the Martial Sciences - Bujutsu.

Old Okinawan Karate is often referred to as the original MMA.

The Bushin Ryu Bujustu-kai syllabus contains;
- empty hand techniques
- punching
- kicking
- grappling (standing up and on the floor)
- weapons (bo, knife, sticks)
- kata and chi gung-energy training.

Bushin Ryu School of Bujutsu is a school for the study of martial arts, and understanding of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) as related to the martial arts/martial science.

Also we teach an understanding of anatomy and physiology as related to the martial arts, movements and thought patterns.

I have over 30 years of study and practice in various martial arts, and still continue to learn and train to try and understand what made the Old Masters what they were.

With a modern understanding of energy systems, blood and nervous systems, muscular and fascia systems, we begin to understand the depth of knowledge these old masters had, and hopefully, with practice, we replicate some of their magic.
